iPhone question

Probably a very basic Q but...before when I only had an ipod, I would use the little clip it came with and clip it to myself when I was doing housework so that I could listen to stuff during chores. Is there a good clip or apparatus that you recommend for an iphone? Do you use one? I want my hands to be free because I like to listen to podcasts while I do dishes, etc. I see some online but wasn't sure.

I did that with my iPod, but then my C25k program gets paused or the music stops, or something.

There are tons of armbands and stuff on Amazon. Or you could just get a little speaker set and then Jason can enjoy the gloriousness of podcasts too!

I stick my iPod in my bra because we have a couple and its NBD if it gets too sweaty and I have to stick it in some rice, but I cant gamble with my phone. It doesn't get too wet if you work out with it in there? When I'm home I put it on our sound dock unless the sound dock is busy in the baby's room lulling her into glorious sleep with the white noise mp3 from heaven that we downloaded.
