Ugh, well this morning was a disaster on the scale. Gained 1.8 lbs this week, which does not seem possible to me. I wasn't perfect with my eating, but i didn't overeat by THAT much. I also got 4 of my 5 workouts in.
I think it might be my scale. Last week it said I lost 2.2 lbs which I didn't think was right either. I'm annoyed because this scale wasn't cheap but I have never felt like it works properly. I might just go back to a basic one without all the extra settings and stuff.
Today is our anniversary so we're going out for dinner...I will probably end up eating something worse than I should, but at least I won't be drinking alcohol so no calories there.

Thanks! Yeah I'm hoping it's something like that and not a real gain. My body does this stuff all the time, just when I put a few weeks together of losses, it fucks with me. Grrrr.

Time for a new scale!
I weighed this morning, and I'm down one pound. I guess is better than nothing, and I should be happy that it was a pound at all. I did okay with tracking my points the first three days of the week, and then I've just been bummed and stressed that I wasn't even trying to eat healthy the rest of the week. So basically I sucked.
I really, really need to add exercise to my weekly routine.
