Flat temps? and chart stalk

Several of my last few temps have been the exact same number. I've heard that this is common post-o, but am also wondering if my BBT could be screwy. I bought it less than six months ago, so it seems too early to be out of whack. FWIW, my pre-o temps seemed to be fluctuating more normally.

Has anyone else experienced flat temps?

I experienced flat temps last cycle. I don't think it makes that much difference in regards to getting a BFP. (as long as it stays above the coverline)

Yeah, :shrug:, sometimes my temps will stay the same for days. Like pp said, so long as they're above/below the cover line as appropriate, I haven't thought anything of it.

Try taking your temp at different times of the day to see if it still gives you the same temp.

I had this...I think it may have just recorded that way because the Ff app was a little screwed up and wasnt saving my temps right, so it instead defaulted to the value from the day before (ex: day one: 97.0, day 2 entered 97.2 but it didn't save, so it went back to 97.0, day three same again but maybe I was 97.1 and it saved 97.0). After that I started paying more attention to what temp it saved, and its been good since then.

Last cycle, I had the same temp four days in a row, pre-O. I chucked the thermometer and got a new one.

I've had a few days in a row before. What I usually do if I get the same temp is temping again after I've gotten out of bed and gone to the bathroom or have taken a shower or something. Not to record it, but to make sure the thermometer hasn't gotten stuck at 1 temperature or something. It always gives me something different when I do that (which makes me feel better. Neurotic, but better!)
