Stars for being a PW

So Jennlin has 5 stars b/c she's a mod, and everyone else has one. How does this work? How many posts do we need to get more stars to show how awesome/antisocial we are?

I don't remember where I read it, might be the mod board-- but they're working on making unique names for each level. Right now it's at 500 post increments.
