I really don't get what it is with contractors. I guess the money is good enough that they can sort of work when they want to work? And of course they might always find someone else willing to pay more.

i'm so sorry! i hope he wasn't still sending the bill to maryland and NOT mowing! that's super annoying. i would CL someone who has their own equipment to come over... that's probably your best bet to get it done ASAP.
