Uh, so I way overate last night, we went out for our anniversary dinner and I ate too much and then also bright home dessert. WTF was I thinking.
DH & I are both working late tonight so we're doing dinner on our own. There's not much on my way home (~hour drive) so I feel like I am either going to make a bad decision and eat something I shouldn't, or be ravenous by the time I get home and just eat way too much food.
Tomorrow I get back on track with both eating and working out.
Happy anniversary! I *hope* I can get some walking in today, but the terrible cold that's starting and little bit of a start of a heachache tells me I might just go home and crawl under the covers instead.
I hate cold/flu season with a vengeance. It makes me slack off in the exercise department, and eat all kinds of crap because I feel too crappy to actually get/make healthy food. Oh well, who knows, maybe I'll feel better again tomorrow.

Happy anniversary!! I've totally failed at exercise this week, I've been so busy. Still doing well w eating healthier. I feel less bloated, its great! No candy at Halloween is difficult yet necessary lol. It's all or nothing!
