Do you have fleas in your region? yes
What do you use to combat them? we give them a monthly pill that is flea and heartworm prevention. It is called Sentinel
Have you tried anything new lately? no, we have been using the same meds for years because they seem to work pretty well. I am open to cheaper options that work!
What do you use to combat them? We put Vectra on his back once a month, which reminds me, we need to do that tonight, thank you!
Have you tried anything new lately? we switched to Vectra last month because he was allergic to Frontline, and this has been working pretty well. I am too afraid to switch to anything else, given the problems with Frontline
What do you use to combat them? Advantage for Cats; Advantix for Dogs
Have you tried anything new lately? As previously stated, i tried the cheapo and it didn't work. I'm pretty loyal to these two - they've always worked.

Do you have fleas in your region? Yes
What do you use to combat them? Advantix II as of last month. It didn't work as quickly as I would have liked, and I'm thinking about using Trifexis in the future
Have you tried anything new lately? Last year I used Frontline for a couple of months, but didn't keep putting it on him because the fleas disappeared. Then, in March, they came full force like I've never seen before! I think it's because the neighbors never put anything on their dogs. Anyway, I tried all kinds of all natural flea stuff that didn't work so I had to cave and buy chemicals so he wasn't miserable
What do you use to combat them? Nothing. Our animals are indoor animals. The door gets baths with anti flea/tick shampoo but we don't give them anything special beyond that.
