Work Makes Me So Angry

Most of you know the massive layoffs we dealt with two weeks ago.

Today I grabbed the mail and find a letter labeled confidential from my employer. I open it and its a summary of my compensation package.

No letter as to why I'm getting it (our fiscal year is nowhere close to being over) and I certainly didn't get a raise.

If I had to put money on it I'd say the partners thought it a good idea to remind their employees just how awesome it is to work for them and how much I'm actually making.

Shit like this is just another reason that I want to run for the hills.
