Has anyone found something that makes all their nasty pregnancy symptoms feel looooooads better?
I discovered mine... it's working out. I'm not a huge health nut or anything. I have quite a bit of junk in da trunk. I DO try to workout pretty regularly, but time gets away from me.
I've been trying to get to the gym at LEAST 2 days a week... even when I feel horrible. Instead of using my lunch hour to sleep in my car for an hour, I grab my backpack and force myself to go to the gym.
I don't do anything too strenuous. It's really just walking at a good incline and using the stationary bike. But it makes a WORLD of difference. Since I started this, my symptoms are SO much more manageable.
Have you guys found anything that makes you feel a ton better as you're being fed off of by this parasite?
