Hi everyone. I was a lurker on the nest for little while. I have decided to come out of hiding and maybe become more involved. My husband is seriously considering joining the military. He has an appointment with a recruiter on Wednesday. So my question to you is what should I expect and are there any important things to know? Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated.

A little background we have been married for a little over a year. We live in Georgia with two dogs.

He is interested in the army or the airforce. He works a lot in Maintenance. So probably something like that. He wants to be active and make it a career.
