For lunch I had soft pretzels and a mcflurry. I also took advantage of the babysitter I had today so I could do some extra work and went and got my nails and eyebrows done since the project I was working on this week got cancelled

DH and I have been talking a lot about having a third kid. My confession is that, despite the fact that it would be better for our family if we did it sooner, I want to wait until after we leave Romania. Reason: because I want to spend all of my time and money seeing as much of Europe as possible for the next two years. With wine. Europe is not good without wine and lots of soft cheese.

My 10 month old is sitting in her high chair eating shredded mozzarella and watching Baby Einstein like its her job while I cook dinner and I'm videoing it because I think it's hilarious. And I'll throw down with anyone who thinks she's going to be scarred or less intelligent for it. She's eating cheese! A good amount of it. And she's having a blast. I pretty much love her to pieces.

My baby watched a few Baby Einstein videos in her day. She's 8.5 now and she's doing just fine. You have a happy baby with good food and lots of love- she's going to (continue to be) great!
