That is super gracious of him to allow that. I would freak out for sure!
Funny story that you bring to mind: When I was a teenager, I had to get a physical including a tetanus shot and having blood work done. This is a giant nightmare for me, and I freaked out to the point where the dr. thought I had a mental illness...really, he requested I come back a couple weeks later to check my mental health (which he agreed was fine, btw . Anyway, early the next morning, my mom came into my room while I was still sleeping. She woke me up and told me that the dr. forgot to give me a shot and that she was going to have to do it. She had one of those pens that look like a syringe. She pulled it out and started coming towards me. I freaked out, started screaming, scurried to the corner of my bed and pulled my blankets up to my eyes. She thought it was an obvious joke, but I was still mostly asleep and so out of it. After I woke up a bit, we both laughed so hard at the whole thing.

Eh, I don't think they have much to worry about. I doubt they'll actually have to be your guinea pigs anyway. You usually just poke your classmates anyway (I think it's a liability thing or something). They have practice arms, too.
