her blogging is a bit more tolerable now that baby is here. except for the ridiculous "cloth diapering is holding my genius baby back" post and how she photoshops her daughter's storkbite out of photos so the baby looks picture perfect.
her baby is super advanced and the cloth diaper was apparently keeping her from rolling over. ::eyeroll::
selfie did little to no research on CDs and just slapped some random ones on her kid that didn't fit right. Her H hated using them so she was eager to find a reason to stop using them.
I actually don't disagree with her about the cloth diaper thing. I don't think it holds kids back, but you can definitely notice a difference in milestones when kids are wearing cloth (at least I could notice the diaper making certain things harder).

There have been studies showing some mild delays (maybe a couple of weeks), but for everyone who says they see a problem with it, there are CD's babies who were on time or ahead of milestones.
Between that and "I don't want to use them because my $$$$ cute clothes don't fit, but I have $$$$ (so it shouldn't matter) got a big from me. She's using OS diapers on a tiny baby, and not putting them on right. But she's caving to her DH, who apparently hates them.
She annoys the living shit out of me. Especially because she Photoshops the shit out of photos to make herself look better. Eye roll. But I can't look away...

I can't stand the giveaways and product placement. The other day there was a post with her mom and all the outfits were made available by some company. The whole thing just bugs me. The CD-ing excuse is lame and I side-eye her for buying $100s of dollars worth of clothes for her daughter on Zulily when babies that age just grow out of their clothes in a few months anyway.
She is just an utter idiot. I really want to tell her to stop photoshopping every photo to the nth degree. Maybe that is why I've never had professional pictures of E done because I honestly don't like all the editing. I sent her a link to some extenders to make onesies fit a little better and a little longer.

We CD and I felt like DS moves better naked (but don't we all?). Still at 5.5 months he started crawling up a storm so I call BS to her craziness. I think she was just mad that the clothes she bought didn't fit.
I mean I get it, CDs aren't for everyone. But at least just own up and simply say "they weren't for me"
My boys always had huge cloth asses since we use one-size pockets, but they did everything ahead of schedule (rolling, crawling, walking). If cloth causes delays, they must be mild ones.
I think she didn't want the hassle and wanted to please her creepy husband so she was eager for an excuse to quit. No problem - cloth isn't for everyone - but own up to it.

I don't know...my 9.5 mo olds are both crawling and cruising, and not all of their (full term) peers in the 9-11 mo range at daycare are... One of the girls just starting to push to sitting on her own 2 weeks ago (the same days she started non-army crawling) but she's always had core issues from IUGR and was in PT.
And my generally strong kid didn't sit well until 7.5 mos. I think it's all anecdotal, but dd was definitely more stable in disposables. Still, it didn't stop me from using cloth.

I think her nursery is hideous.
I don't know that she does look fabulous. People who know about Photoshop have spotted signs that she's thinning herself in pictures. Who knows what she really looks like.
I agree that she's become more likable since she had the baby. She's been humbled a tiny bit.
Is it wrong that I really don't think Alexis is cute, at all? Everyone on here always says what a beautiful baby she is, but I am not seeing it.
Haha! I know someone who will and I fully intend to use her on the x mas card picture I will take. I find it's a happy MM medium between hiring a professional photographer and edited pictures the masses will see.
I also find her baby less than adorable. I feel bad that she keeps mentioning what "huge baby" she is. That poor girl is going to have an ED before kindergarten.

I'll be the lone dissentor (sp) here and say I've actually started to like her. IMHO she's chilled out quite a bit since having the baby. It's a baby fashion blog (mostly) so I have no problem with the product placement since that's what her blog is all about. I appreciated her honesty about the CDs, as those are similar reasons as to why I gave up on them also (too much laundry, ridiculously bulky, none of DS's clothes fit). I like her product reviews, I've been checking regularly to see when she reviews another carrier as I'm thinking about getting something else until DS fits into his Ergo without the infant insert (it is like a down comforter, like prebaby blogger said). If you don't like her blog, don't read it. Why come on here and judge her?
