Thank you! And congrats to you too! I didn't really make an announcement, just randomly mentioned it one day and Stan caught it. I'm due May 29th, so I'm guessing you're on the June board. Have you had any appts yet? I had bloodwork and stuff already but tomorrow is my first u/s and I am so excited and nervous! How are you feeling?

Thanks! And yeah, I'm on the June board, you're so close you may end up on the June board! I had an intro appt with the NP and after some spotting went in for an U/S and got to see the heartbeat. We're still debating my actual due date but either way it will be in june. GL at the u/s! I feel ok other than super sore boobs, tired, and the occasional sickness but as long as I eat small snacks I feel ok. How are you feeling?

I feel pretty good too. My boobs have been sore since before I even took the test, and that's actually what made me "know" I was pg. I learned pretty quick that as long as I don't let myself get too hungry then I can keep the nausea at bay, so I'm eating something pretty much every 2 hours. I'm not as tired as I was a couple weeks ago, but I just don't have a ton of energy either. I'm so excited and nervous for today. Glad to hear everything turned out ok for you and you got to hear the heartbeat!

The appointment went great! We got to see the baby and were given a few copies of it. We didn't hear the heartbeat but we could see it, and could totally see the baby moving around like crazy! We couldn't believe how much it was moving already. I was measuring at 9w6d instead of 9w0d, but they are keeping my due date the same because I guess that falls in the window of u/s error. I feel so much better now after seeing it!

Do you have your first u/s scheduled?

We had a quick U/S last week because I had some spotting. I have another appointment week after next and should have an u/s then. Hopefully this time we so more than just a blog with a flicker. Don't get me wrong, we were excited but I'd like to see something that resembles a baby and not the velociraptor I'm convinced is eating me inside. Haha.

Haha mine was definitely pretty alien-like, so we keep joking that a hand is going to burst through my stomach at any moment. It's weird because even though it's way more real now to see the baby on the u/s, it still so surreal to me that a baby is currently growing inside of me.
