"I absolutely love your products. My husband and I purchase your Hazelnut and French Vanilla creamers every week. However, I am not a fan of your caps. Everytime I pour myself a nice cup of coffee, I hesitate to reach for the creamer because I already know what is going to happen. I will pour the creamer into my nice warm coffee and the cap will drip my yummy creamer everywhere. Something about the design of your cap fails. Creamer comes out from all directions around the inside edge of the lip (the actual hole where the creamer comes out of). It's a mess. And if you don't clean it right away (like I don't because that's not what I want to do at 6 AM), then it gets sticky and gross. Please consider redesigning your caps as I imagine I am not the only customer with this dilemma.
Thank you and have a great day."
I don't usually take the time to write negative reviews/complaints however this is something that makes me stabby every. damn. morning.
No, you are not the only customer with that issue. I used to take the whole cap off and pour it from the bottle, but then they changed the lip on the bottle and that makes a mess too. It's such a stupidly designed cap.
I tend to use the powdered stuff, but it gets messy too, and if its slightly damp it clumps horribly. When you open the "pour" spout the steam from the coffee actually clumps the creamer along the lip of the pour opening. Very frustrating. Not sure why they can't design these things for their intended use, but it would certainly be nice if they for once actually poured/powdered their product and saw what happened... preferably before releasing the product enmass.
