Small FB Vent

Not really a vent, more like something annoying.

In one of my FB groups, one of the members always uses the "ask a question" option when she wants to post something. Yes, she is asking a question, but the way FB is set up it makes her post seem more like a poll with the ability to add more responses. It's just strange and it looks weird. She'll ask a question like: How do I get to the train station from McDonalds? and then people will give their suggestions in a poll format with people voting for their favorite response. I wish FB would change "ask a question" to "start a poll"

That is weird. I've never even heard of the "ask a question" option. Is it new with the timeline? My account hasn't been switched yet, and I haven't been on FB since my miscarriage.

It's not part of timeline as far as I can tell. It's just a little option above where you post status updates. But, I am on timeline so I could be wrong that everyone can see it.

OMG her twin is in my local expat group.

One day I am going to snap at tell her to knock it off. She also signs out like a letter. EVERY post.

I find it even more annoying when people add their answer to the poll instead of just answering in the comments. Some people even do both.
