QOTW: What is your favo(u)rite form of exercise? Least? What do you like/dislike about them?
I've been doing crappy on excercise, and not so great in the eating department. I've just had too many chocolate and chips cravings with the terrible weather. Now that the weather suddenly turned gorgeous I'm eating way better though and am planning to start taking daily walks (speedwalk or something) in the park behind my house.
QOTW: I pretty much hate all forms of exercise that actually do something. I do enjoy taking walks when the weather is nice and I love horse riding (dressage is a workout, I tell ya).

I'm definitely making progress! I've continued to work out every day this past week as well... what a difference having the gym in one's building makes! I've increased my running endurance a little bit and stretching-wise I'm starting to go back to my once upon a time ballet-days flexibility. Hubby is very happy, last night he trained me quite late and focused on the upper body.
QOTD: I guess running and jumping rope are the most tolerable. Leg press and squats are my least favorite... the pain, the pain!
I've been a bit of a failure the last week or so... actually the last month or more!!! I have been doing the exercise part but the cutting out the crap food? Failure!!!! So, I haven't shed any weight at all... :N: :N: :N:
I don't know if my goal should remain unchanged but I will leave it as is for the time being... started ttc so the weightloss part may need to be removed... I will update in due course... But in the meantime, I really do need to stop eating crap and start eating better!!!
QOTW: I love pilates and even my cycle to work as exercise. Like walking too. Can't be doing running!!! Too painful on my knees after damaging my ITB a number of years ago...

Ugh...this past month has been horrid for me. I've gained weight, go figure, mainly because I have been eating like absolute crap. Today was back on the wagon, day 1 for me. I woke up, went for a run, and have been eating well all day. Must keep this up!
QOTW: I like rowing and running best, and weight lifting worse (mainly because I get bored).
It's been a better week than most for me. I've made some good eating choices and been good about exercising, but I really should cut back on the casual drinking. Which I really don't want to do!
QOTW: I hate running. Hate it and I am so, so bad at it. I can't go for more than 2 minutes at a time, and that's jogging (not even full fledged running)!
Unfortunately the gym in my building has a treadmill but not my favorite form of exercise, the ellptical. So I'm forced to run a lot. I also like swimming and it's nice my building has a pool that is usually vacant.
Negative progress these past weeks: we've had firends over/went to visit friends and so I didn't make it to the gym and ate (& drank) more than my share of calories :-(
I'm not expecting to do any better in the next couple of weeks as we have more visitors coming & then go to Budapest... Guess I'll be good from mid June...
QOTD: I hate running. HATE IT. And can't do it. I really wish I could though as it does seem to get good results fast. I really enjoy swimming and have grown to like the elliptical - if I have the right kind of music to keep me going.
