I am three days late. This cycle is my first off BC, so I know things may be a little wonky for a few months. At what point should I test just in case? I took a wondfo pregnancy test the day I was expecting AF, and it was negative. Should I then just assume my cycle is really long this time or should I test again?
Just speaking from my own experience, it seems to take a while after BC. I'm on day 44 with no sign if AF. I have taken a few tests just in case, but mostly it seems to be a long waiting game. Have you tracked temps to see if/when you ovulated?
I would recommend you test about once per week (or every few days if it makes you feel better) or until AF shows up.
The problem is that your first cycle off BCP you have no way of really knowing when to expect your period because everything is all wonky for a while. Even if your cycles were like clockwork before going on BCP, it may take several cycles to know what your body is going to do.
Most likely you either O'd late (which would make your cycle longer), or not at all. If you O'd late, and did the deed on the right days, you could very well be pregnant, but it's too soon for a test to pick up any HCG in your system. So just because a test two days ago was negative doesn't mean you're not pregnant:-)
When I got pg, I went off the pill and tested about 4 weeks after that. It was negative. Waited, no period, eventually got a positive about 6 weeks after my period. I think I'd had another negative in there at week 5.
So keep testing every few days if you do things you wouldn't while pregnant (like drink, take medications that may not be safe, etc.)

Ditto villain. It's impossible to know if you're late if you're just coming off BC, because you don't know what late is yet until you have a few cycles to figure out how things are working post-BC.
When I had the same problem, I tested once a week.

No, but I stopped once the predicted days were over b/c I knew my cycle might be long, and my H and I decided we'd TRY to just go with the flow for a few cycles.

I'm in the same boat. I'm on day 37 of my first cycle off BC with no sign of AF. I've had a headache the past couple of days, which usually means she's on her way. I haven't tested yet but I'm going to this weekend (DH has been out of town and I want him to be here!). I don't think I'm KU because I feel completely normal, but who the hell knows.

FF can't really predict anything until you've charted a few cycles. You're just off BCP, so you have no idea what your cycle is yet. Take it easy, don't worry and test once in a while until you get a BFP or AF.

:Y:
Ideally, you should give yourself a few cycles of not really trying (I.e., not banking on getting a BFP) to let your cycles regulate.
