I'm 10 weeks today and so, so, so tired these days. By the time I get home from work, it's all that I can do to make it through dinner, bath, etc and as soon as our 3 year old goes to bed at 7:45pm I do too. I sleep all the way to 6am (besides getting up to pee). I am usually a high-energy kind of person and it's so frustrating. I don't remember this being so bad the first time (although I was younger??). My H is awesome at helping, which makes everything much better, I'm just so over this already.
2nd+ tri-ers please tell me this is temporary. :-( I hate this feeling and I really hate complaining. I just can't help it today! ::head hits desk::
I'm 11 weeks and although I still have bouts of fatigue... It's NOWHERE as bad as it was. I can't imagine the regular pregnancy fatigue + chasing around a toddler!!

It gets better! I saw my energy returning right around 12 or 13 weeks. Now I feel like my old self (except for the gagging in the mornings that I can't seem to kick.)
Yes at 11 weeks it got so much better! I was working 70+ hours a week early on and it was rough! Just take care of yourself, sleep when you can and catch up in 2nd tri with the little things you miss!
