Good Morning everyone! I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

I'm hoping that Taylina is a good baby so I can get some sewing done since I kind of am trying to get 2 skirts sewn for someone. I'm hoping to get at least one of them finished today if at all possible! Other than that hopefully I'll get a good nap in because yesterday's "no nap" day is catching up to me.

Good morning. I'm home with bkb today. We have class and going to the m's game tonight. Hoping to get a run in too.

Our new computer is getting delivered today as well.

Funny side story. H went to the grocery store yesterday. I asked him to buy tampons for me. H also had to buy condoms because I'm switching birth control. The cashier wouldn't stop talking to him about how buying those two thinks at the same time didn't go together. H was telling me the cashier went on and on about it. H refuses to buy my feminine products now.

I'm looking forward to a low key Tuesday and counting down the days to the 3 day weekend. Yay!

Good morning!! Happy my car got me to work this morning after dying on me last night. The battery isn't that old but I am going to find time to get it checked out this week.

I am totally counting down the days until the long weekend... The hubs and I are heading to Oregon and get to spend 3 whole days together!!! I cannot wait

Busy busy day for me. I'm still feeling kinda gross, so I think I'm declaring a rest day from working out. I did make it to the gym last night, AND made a real dinner to boot. I felt accomplished, but now I'm just really tired and have a ton to do today. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday!

Morning everybody! Johlise's pic was good way to start the day. And KB sorry that the checkout clerk thought he was so clever with that "joke".

Well amazingly the sellers of the little house in Ballard are going to counteroffer rather than ignore us. We'll find out how much they want for it today. And if it's too much, the price dropped on our backup house in Greenwood! So, we should be happy at the end of the day either way.

We've also got swing dancing lessons tonight, which is always fun. Swing 2 moves way faster than Swing 1! It's also busier than I expected, which is nice.

Good Morning!

My day is going to be weird. I have to drive up to N. Seattle around noon to pick my dad up and take him to first hill where he's having some kind of surgery on his eye. James is working late, so then I need to rush down to Tacoma to pick Tman up from school an hour before his actual dismissal so I can get back up to first hill by 4 to pick my dad up and drive him home. I'm happy to do it, but it's going to be quite a long afternoon.

I need to try to get my housework done and see if there is something I can make for dinner this morning that we can just reheat when we get home since it's going to be late.

I have been eating SO GROSS the last couple weeks and I just can't get back on track. My clothes are getting tight, so I need to do something. Every night I go to bed guilty and say that tomorrow I am going to get back on track, but then somehow I get derailed throughout the day.

good morning!! bJL was an angel yesterday and slept most the day, so i actually got lots of housework done. i hate how it feels good being productive, because that means i play on the boards less!! such an annoying conundrum.

Yesterday was a cluster. It took over an hour to get a cab to the airport. Once I finally got there they wouldn't let me check my bags for the flight because it was past the cut off, so I had to change to the next flight. Got to my parents only to learn my brother/coworker forgot to drop stuff off for my event today. Call to find the stuff, it's in his truck at the airport. Coordinate with his wife for a key and back to the airport I go. After searching the lot and finding his truck,the key doesn't work! So I drive 25 minutes back across town to get a new key and then back to the airport. Thankfully that key worked and all the stuff I needed was there.

I'm so hoping today goes better than yesterday!

kb - UGH, Ok if the cashier wants to make a lame-ass joke, but to KEEP going on. Cashier's are NOT supposed to be commenting like that! I would have complained to the manager, no company wants customers feeling uncomfortable and called out for a purchase!

heims - where in Oregon you going?

babya - when you're feeling guilty at night, can you go prep some healthier stuff so the next day, when you open the fridge, it will be easier?

Niq - good luck!! The fact they want to counteroffer is nice, but either way at the end of the day you should have a good path forward.

I'm for the first time, going to pay FULL PRICE for FABRIC *gasp*. There's a fabric I've been lusting after for MONTHS and I finally went to purchase it to sew a cover for my kitchenaid...and they don't have it anymore! There is ONE seller on Etsy (in Monroe) who has a few yards, and that's how much I love the fabric! I did get the last yard of the tomato fabric I really wanted, but that means I can't use the tomatoes for kitchen valances.

Work is looking to be slowish, but I brought personal projects today so I can either work on my blog or on rebuilding a website for someone. Tonight after work I'm going to finally go take my first Pure Barre session that I bought back in January on LS with a friend. I'm looking forward to it!

Good afternoon...

We had an interesting night. I'm not sure if M is going through a growth spurt or what, but she was up most of the night, which means I was up most of the night. So... I'm home today because I couldn't function this morning. I slept until an hour ago (after I sent DH and M out the door). Felt sooooooo good!

Now my job is to wash M's crib linens, fold laundry, and finish up any undone laundry. I may also clean the living room and kitchen, but only if I have time.

I'm having a much better Tuesday (and week) so far.

We have 3 weeks to go for the weight loss competition, and I'm currently in 1st place still! I've lost a total of 15 pounds in 5 weeks.

With my work stuff, I've now got a solid plan in place that I'm quite happy with.

And it's memorial day weekend coming up!! So excited!
