Living here since: 2011
Sq Ft: 1210 - main floor. The basement is also 1210, but since the ceilings are <8ft and it's a partial walkout it can't be counted as 'official' sqft.

Bedrooms: 3
Baths: 2 full 1 half

Exterior: Brick veneer & siding
Other features: On a cul-de-sac, approximately .25 acres, .5 - 1 mile from all 3 schools (elementary, middle, high) the community pool & community center (with fitness center, indoor pool and library), neighbors back up to large park.

When we moved in it was true 1960's! Orange oak cabinets, yellow appliances, pink bathrooms etc. Very little had been updated. Since moving in we have:

- Upgraded from a fuse box to a circuit breaker box
- Updated the kitchen (new cabinets, appliances, counters, backsplash and additional lighting)
- Renovated the hall bath: added a shower to the tub, tiled the shower/tub surround, replaced the window, new toilet, new vanity, new light fixture & fan, new flooring
- Had the wood floors refinished
- Laid cork laminate in the guest room (no wood floors in there )
- Installed new windows
- Remodeled the basement family room

Projects to complete at some point when we have more money:

- Replace picture window in dining area with Sliding Glass door
- Build a deck off the dining area
- Replace the siding on three sides of the house
- Renovate the master bathroom
- Replace the flat panel hollow core doors with new nicer doors (style TBD)
- Replace the front door
- Replace the massive bay window on the front of the house
- Turn extra room in the basement into a 4th bedroom with egress window and 3rd full bath.

So yeah, we still have a lot we'd like to do here .
