Looking for my near 4 year old and 14 month old biys. We have the peekaboo barn et al for babies and that is it. I want thes to use on iPad and iPhone...free is awesome of course my older one really needs one for letter and number recognition. Thanks!
For the 4 year old, "Where's My Water?" - it's a Disney app starring an alligator. My DD loves this game with all her heart. She's 2.5 and it's a little advanced for her so she can't do a lot of the levels, but it was a free version and it thrills her to no end. "Saving Yello" is kind of the same thing (there's a free version for this too).
Any of the Duck Duck Moose apps are good for preschool age, but I think those cost money.
Another big hit with DD is the Toddler Seek & Find series by Wonderkind.
When she was around 1 year and started playing with the iPad, she liked the Baby Center "Phony Phone" and "Doodle Buddy" (can't remember the developer's name for that one, sorry.)
