anyone enlarge photo to make a facemask for party?

i am not sure what it's called, but i want to blow up a "face" photo and put it on popsicle sticks and give them to all the guests when my dh comes into his surprise party i am throwing for him.

does anyone know what i am talking about? i can't find anything on line about how to do it, but i know i've seen it before. i am not sure what to google.

any thoughts?
