Anyone watch? I think this season is boring so far (omg the muppets were killing me)! I know it always gets more interesting as time goes on, but as adorable as Emily is, she's a little dull. I wish the producers showed more of the peoples real personalities, like when they show the blooper real at the end of each season. I thought Ryan was cute but they seemed awkward together. And Joe was def not a good match for her. Who do you like the best so far? I think Arie is cute.
I watched, I'm enjoying the season mostly because it's shot locally for me, so it's cool to see places we know and pass by all the time on TV.
That being said, this season has been very boring, as you said. For some reason, the field of bachelors is very unappealing, I can't put my finger on it. 90% of these guys, I can't see with her, at all, some of them are just downright unattractive (IMO). Emily also kind of just rubs me the wrong way, maybe it's because I know several Southern women like her (every hair has to be in place, cross your legs at the ankle, speak as softly as possible, every-other-word-has-to-be-y'all kind of girls) and 99% of the time it's a phony act.
I kind of like Charlie. I liked Ryan but after seeing him on the date with her, he didn't seem to have much to say. I thought it was odd that the very first one-on-one date was something just very homey... running around town delivering cookies, really? Eh. I could see that being a date LATER on in the season, like "this is what life with me would be like" kinda thing.
Kalon is just gross, I dont even know why he's there. Did anyone else think that his comment to the other guy about "taking time off from being a Dad" wasn't THAT bad, or is it just me, since I'm not a parent? I interpreted it really as him saying "well you sacrificed coming here and that is time you could have been spending with your son" and not really a dig, per se. All the guys seemed to really jump on him for that, the guy he said it to wouldnt even let him explain himself.
And that Jef guy, totally not into her, she should have cut him loose.
