My husband has a short work day on Saturday, then we are going to spend the rest of the weekend at the beach.
Only specific thing we have planned is taking my son to chick fil a for a sundae. . . because we are trying to get him to stop wetting the bed during his nap, so we're bribing him if he stays dry for a week he can get a sundae.
Other than that, I hope to be on the beach for a good bit on Sunday and Monday.

Apparently, no one has any plans, myself included. MH is flying out of town this week for a job interview in MD. By the time he gets back, I will be completely exhausted from being left alone with V for those days. So I will probably just lay on the couch and watch Lifetime movies, or something that is equally embarrassing.
MH has a 4 day this weekend! Friday maybe a hike and I am forcing him to go with me to buy flowers. Saturday run and then date night (first one since our Anniversary in December). Sunday hiking and dinner with friends. Monday BBQ at my mom's complex's pool.
Well Dh was suppose to take Friday off but decided not to (I'm about to have a nervous breakdown) so my plans are to sit inside and hide from the baby on Saturday. I'm such a bad mom

I'm trying to convince DH that it will be easier to head out to the beach Thursday night instead of Friday morning. Dad told him to take Friday off, they start summer Fridays this week so it's on a half day. Hopefully it's not too cold and it doesn't rain. It doesn't really get warm there until mid-end of June. We have very early (5:30, yes, we are losers) dinner reservations Friday and Sat night and Sunday parents are babysitting Li and are going out. On the way home on Monday, DH wants to stop at his parents house... shoot me.

My nephew turns one on Friday. I'll be spending Sat making cake and cupcakes for his party on Sunday. Monday we might have some friends over. Wish I lived close to a beach...

We have my brother's nightmare wedding this weekend. Anyone want to go in my place? We'll be spending all Saturday making and decorating cookies for the favors.
We're inviting the in-laws over on Saturday for FIL's birthday and going to a baseball game Sunday at a minor league team around here. Our twins got free tickets from school. We're also hoping to take them to see Battleship.

Aaaaaaaand I just got an email from my brother. They're having over 100 people at the rehearsal dinner. The only place they could find that was affordable is my mom's community club. But they're trying to save money by not having the caterer bring everything.
So my bro just asked us to run out on Saturday after we get into town and buy enough drinks, water, ice, and cups for the rehersal dinner. And drop it off at the community center at 2. And make it to the rehearsal at 2:45 which is 40 minutes away without traffic.
Looks like I won't be baking cookies after all. And I can try to pick up some stuff for the brunch my family is hosting for the day after the wedding since the bride's grandmother is hosting one that no one on our side is invited to.

I have to work all weekend and monday. This is my holiday to work, but I get the 4th of July off instead. I think I got the better end of the deal.(The other supervisor has this holiday off and works the 4th.)
I feel like the nightmare wedding deserves its own thread.
It isn't a long weekend here (ours was this past weekend). My husband gets back from his four day business trip late Friday night. I'm going to get drunk with my best friend on Saturday night. Sunday I have a baby shower out in the burbs that will be fun when I get there but I dread driving to. Also I hate showers.
