Bookworm.com is having a a buy 1 get 1 free sale (code BOOKS2FOR1).
Anyone care to share favorite toddler books? We have a ton of Dr. Seuss stuff but I need board book recommendations right now. DS drools and rips out pages if he can, lol.
Random, but which Llama Llama book is your kiddo's fav? I can't decide which one to get first.
Agree with anything Sandra Boynton. We love But Not The Hippopotamus, and Hippos Go Berserk. Little Blue Truck is a favorite. Anything that involves singing (ants go marching, wheels on the bus, etc.). All of these books grow well with the kids, too. (And thanks for the heads up on bookworm.com.)
We only have Llama Llama Nighty Night but we love it and have it memorized. Indestructibles books are great because they feel like "real" paper and are light for travel, but ours are just pics, no words. Goodnight Moon, Runaway Bunny, I'll See You In The Morning and Goodnight Kiss for Little Fish are some of our favs.

I hate Eric Carle, the guy is such an amazing con artist of an author!
I like Slide & Find books better than lift the flap books - much more durable.
DS's other favorite books are Have You Seen My Dinosaur?, Potty Animals, and he also loves the Llama Llama series. We like Llama Llama Mad at Mama. LL Misses Mama is a good one too if you work.
