I am curious what other people's post O temps are like. I have nothing to share this month (as I haven't been strictly temping; just here and there to pinpoint things, so it has a lot of dotted lines lol) but I was just wondering if my post O temps were low compared to other people. Last cycle when I temped they had me thinking I had a slow rise or something.
I seem to have a 13 day LP but, I'm just wondering what's "normal" for others. Some of the charts on FF look like a 3rd grader did them...they are unhelpful to me!
Also, does anyone have an extra increase in temp on 7dpo?? That would be indicative of a good progesterone level, yes? Since that's the day they do the blood work if you suspect yours is low?
I obviously need something to occupy my mind. TIA to anyone willing to play.

Yup, it lets you look at all my past charts. There are some charts in the middle that don't have any temping, but the bottom ones do have temps, so make sure to scroll all the way down!

I put a link in my sig, but it only shows my last two cycles, which I didn't temp. When I did temp, my temps were low - below 97 pre-O, and below 98 after. I also have ~ a 13 day LP. Sorry I can't be more helpful!
I'm on the iPad, and can't figure out how to post a link.
This cycle, my lowest temp was 96.8 on the day I ovulated and 97.8 at the highest (5dpo). Most of my temps average only about 0.5 degree difference, though - before ovulation and after. Even on the cycle that I got pregnant, the average difference was only about 0.6 degrees, but it did go up a bit more around 12dpo and on, when I had a + result.
I don't think the actual temperatures are as important, as long as you have a clear before and after temp range. I definitely have a clear before and after, even if it is only 0.5 degrees difference.

Thanks all, this is good perspective. It's helpful to discuss it for me AND see your results, rather than rely on my analyzation skills which suck, I feel.
