We have done some minor-ish updates so far (painting, removing wallpaper, replacing some flooring). We need to do some work on the outdoor space (deck repairs, construct patio for walk-out basement). I don't currently have outdoor pictures, will post some later.

The former owner was a custom home builder (he built this house) and was really big on custom moldings. They must have also been really big on white tile, because it is everywhere!!

Family room





Kitchen and breakfast nook (we want to update kitchen by resurfacing cabinets, new countertops, appliances and flooring... leaning towards doing hardwoods stained to match the rest of the house).







Dining room - when we moved in there was red fleur de lys wallpaper and a dated chandelier. We took down the wallpaper, painted and replaced the lighting fixture.

Office - there was blue swirl wallpaper when we moved in

1/2 bath - previous owners renovated this not long before moving



Master bedroom - removed wallpaper and carpet, put down pre-stained HW and painted

Master bath - blinding white everywhere! We will probably do a gut reno on this eventually. It currently has the smallest shower known to man.





Guest bedroom - previous owner did nice built-ins.





Third bedroom - will furnish and paint one day



Basement - absolutely a selling point for this house! Has a full bar, living areas plus another office and 1/2 bath (not pictured).

I love your bar. My husband and I are working on ideas to give ours a much needed makeover. Would it freak you out if this was pinned on pinterest? I would never unless you were ok with it and if not I completely understand!
