I am going out of town this weekend with DH and other friends/couples.

I am probably 10-11dpo this Friday.

Do I POAS Friday or wait through the weekend (so like Sunday night) or until AF is due (Tuesday).

I know 10 or 11dpo is early to test positive. I also know that it is wiser to wait. But. I dunno. I just feel like everyone else around here pees on things...

I would probably wait til you get back, just so you aren't disappointed the whole weekend if it is too early tell anything! And at least you'll be busy all weekend, to hopefully take your mind off of it!

Will you be drinking?
Normally I'm not an early POASer, but in situations like this where there may be drinking, I test. Then, if it's neg, I feel better about having a couple drinks even if it turns out to be pos a few days later (drink til it's pink, baby!) And if it really is neg, then I'm not bummed that I skipped out on a glass or two of wine for no reason. Kwim?

OR the third option is that you get an early BFP which would be awesome!

Yes, drinking would be involved. Hmmm the arguments for both sides are compelling! If it's negative (which, let's face it, it would be) I can drink like a fish guilt free...and I'll need it it too.

But then again, waiting the three measly days to see a positive test doesn't mean I wouldn't drink over the weekend. And I can actually keep it secret if I found a +, but it's true I'd have to make up a bs excuse for my friends.

They think I'm on bc still so, they wouldn't suspect necessarily...bleh
