I did a 5k on Saturday 36:46 and I have already signed up for another in November and I am eyeing a another for December. I plan to keep on running until I just can't anymore.
First time posting in here but I plan to continue working out 6 days a week. Even if it's just walking. I just feel better over all.
I added back carbs into my diet but I am trying to keep them lower. I ate bad this weekend though because of the 5k!
I ran 6 miles at the gym this morning. And I got the best compliment from another woman! She asked me how many miles I ran, so I told her. And then she said she was amazed at how good I look after I run, and how it doesn't look like I ran anything over a mile. Which is so nice, because I always feel like a sweaty beast after running, haha.
I've been good with running, but bad with food (and alcohol) this weekend. I ran 8 miles on Saturday and went on a decent walk yesterday. It probably does not quite balance out all the delicious homemade caramel corn and long island iced teas from the Halloween party I went to Saturday night though!
I can't decide whether to walk or run this evening. Usually, I run Tue, Wed, Thur, but I'm feeling a little down today and could use the mood boost from a run.

Ugh I am so annoyed with Sandy. I couldn't run outside and my gym was closed, probably will be the same tomorrow. I go a bit crazy if I can't run. I still worked out for 2 hours with some DVD's I had in my collection. Although it is a nice excuse to not run for two days. I mean, it's not because of me not wanting to, it's just really not safe.
