Yes. Seriously. All I want to do everyday this week is cry! I must be a walking ball of estrogen. Which is bad, right?! Because in theory I'm in the 2ww and should be progesterone heavy instead!
I may want to start a b complex vit next cycle and see if it helps me. I asked my doc, and she said she didn't think I needed one, but I honestly feel like (even if it's all mental) I am in need of a boost. Is there harm in taking a small dose b complex while ttc?
Otherwise...I hope this doesn't show me a preview of a hellish AF to come!
(Or is this all still me coming off of the pill here...last month was so good, temp and mood wise)

Oh I see. I either haven't Oed at all since coming off the pill, or I need a new thermometer. My temps show no pattern at all, so I have no idea where I am as far as O. Sorry you are having a tough 2ww!
Are you taking a prenatal? Those have B vitamins in there. Just watch for whatever ELSE comes in the complexes, and you should really trust your doctor. I was on iron and a sublingual B12 based on my bloodwork pre-TTC, but since they both had folic acid in them, my doc said I should STOP taking them and just take my prenatals while TTC. If I had taken all 3, there would be way too much folic acid.

This is wise, and I think I am just looking for quick fixes. Patience is NOT my strong suit, and I still cannot grasp why I feel off.
I usually do trust my doc 100% she's great. But...I dunno. I feel weird.
Being pregnant can make you SUPER emotional, so maybe you're KU:-)
What's the phrase??
"From your mouth to Gods ears" haha
Thanks for the nice thought villain, but I'm just really emotional and tired; no sore boobs, no exciting changes in cm, no nausea...le sigh. I don't know. It doesn't seem like pg to me, as much as I feel like that'd be an awesome explanation. I'll know in a week.
My boobs didn't start getting really sore until after the BFP. My skin broke out a little bit (unusual for me to have more than one pimple at a time, and I got six little ones in the same spot), and I was EXHAUSTED. A few days after the BFP the sore boobs started...

Huh. Thanks for that hun.
You know, I'm also weirded out by the fact that when checking my cp today and yesterday I noticed tiny flecks of dried up brown blood, and pale pale brown discharge, which makes me think AF is coming too. idk. You know when you know, right??
You charted this last cycle you got pg; were your temps anything out of the ordinary?
I don't even know what "estrogen heavy" means or feels like, LOL.
When I was pregnant, I didn't feel any different before the BFP. Within a week or so after, I started having symptoms - fatigue, sore boobs, nausea, et.
Of course, sometimes I'll have definite pregnancy symptoms within a few days of my expected period. I've been convinced that I was pregnant on at least 5 cycles, but wasn't expecting it at all on my one BFP.
TTC and pregnancy is a mind fuck, that's all there is to it :-)

I wasn't consistant about temping at the same time every morning post O because I was traveling some....it's kind of hard to tell anything from my post O temps to be honest. Perhaps (?) an implantation dip? Maybe (?) triphasic if I'd been more consistent with temping times? Who knows....

haha I meant that I feel incredibly estrogen dominant I guess, as in all the "symptoms" that come with "being a women"...mainly emotional lol
I'm convinced I'm not pregnant, actually. I just feel weird. I think I need vacation asap...or something!
Thanks Villain...it's so interesting how wonky those temps are post O, yet voila, you got your beautiful bfp! Just goes to show!
Exactly -- just goes to show that you don't need a pretty chart to get the job done. And that your post O temps don't really matter. You temp for one reason only, and that's to confirm ovulation. We were able to time things really really well this month thanks to temping, and that's what you need to get pregnant. Post O temps don't mean much, and only serve to drive you crazy during the 2ww:-)
