Thanks for asking! I don't know why I have a hard time talking about him. Yes, I do, but that's another post for another day (and I'm pretty sure I don't have to tell you- you've lived it).

He's almost 6 months and he's so freaking cute it's unbelievable. He's mostly sitting up, and just starting to try to roll. His physical therapist is very happy with his progress. Last time we were in court the judge asked K to hold him up. She said his name and he growled and laughed. He just grinned at everybody in the court room and laughed and laughed. He's pure sunshine. Except when he cries, because it is loud and the most high pitched thing I've ever heard.

His sleeping SUCKS. It is by FAR the most difficult thing about day-to-day parenting, which isn't a surprise, but since you asked...

Daycare is fine, I guess. I don't like having to take him anywhere and he's been sick pretty much constantly since he started (K and I, too). I know he's safe there, but the second K get's that promotion, I'm going part time and he's OUTTA there! (He only goes two days a week, as is).

We have a couple names picked out, but we can't decide between using his given name as a middle name, or keep it as his first, but call him his middle. The biggest reason we are considering that is because his big sister is such an important part of his life, and he was named after his bio-uncle who was murdered. When adoption becomes a real option, we'll talk to her about it and see what she thinks.
