Going in in 1 hour to get my first injection of Zoladex. Probably won't see my period and definitely won't have to do anything about TTC until Jan/Feb.
Stupid thought: the timing is annoying because I don't want to TTC in Feb/March. I want to avoid adding another Saggitarius to my family as much as humanly possible (there are 7 birthdays in our families between Thanksgiving and Feb1, not to mention Christmas). So really, TTC is on hold until April. Daymn.

Aww, good luck!! April will be here quickly and you will hopefully be feeling fabulous!! Think of all the luxurious pain-free months, drinking during the holidays, not having to stress about your period!
Very true, sunflower! Andplusalso, my 30th bday in Dec.
I can't wait to start feeling better. I'm nervous about how bad I'm going to feel in the next week or two (the med often makes you feel worse before better because it's overloading you with estrogen). At least I'm still off work though!
Hahahwow. So I get to the doc, med in hand, and I wait for forever because no one in the practice has ever administered Zoladex. Doc was not even aware that the med is an implant. LOL! Doc was a little nervous, but the instructions on the box were very straight forward and it actually didn't really hurt, even though the needle was pretty intimidating looking.
I put my return date as 11/19, just to give myself plenty of time to adjust to the side-effects.
