WWW (Whine and Wine Wednesday)

Whine - I'm tired. I just want to sleep. And I want to sleep in without feeling guilt about not getting up and doing stuff. And I want the damn dogs to leave me alone and let me sleep past 6:30a. Why do they only wake me up? Why do they never go to K's side of the bed and start whining to be let out?

Wine - K and Jelly Bean went out to dinner last night while I was in class. After dinner they went to the Cheesecake Factory and JB picked out a slice just for me. She was in bed when I got home but this morning one of the first things she told me was "I bought you cupcake." ::heartmelting::

Whine - Ugh. Things are not good.

Wine - We upped my meds last week, and I am feeling So Much Better. I hope this is it - that we've found the right amount. I feel clearer and just kind of Normal, which is pretty amazing.

Bonus Whine - Sadly, what you see when things get clearer isn't always good.

Bonus Wine - I'm really excited to go trick or treating with Hen. He is so freakin adorable in his costume and is super jazzed about trick or treating.

Whine: my car wouldn't start this morning. AAA had to come and provide me with a new battery.

Wine: Thankfully, it was just the battery - an easy, quick, and relatively inexpensive repair. And because of said bum car, L took the kids to school which allowed me time to stop at Target to get Halloween Candy and Starbucks to get coffee.

Wine: It's my day off and it's Baby S's first Halloween!

Whine: He is SO WHINY today! He won't sleep for more than 10 minutes, and that's after rocking him for 20. He normally will play for at least 10 minutes alone, but not today. I can't get anything done!

Whine: I wish I were with my Mom. They had told her no solids for 48 hours and I suspect they brought her the wrong dinner tray when they brought her fish, carrots, roll...etc. She ate because they brought it, ergo it must be okay. I so wish I would have been there to at least ask.

Wine: The Kiddos' daycare had their character walk this morning...it was so cute/fun. BUT, I think what is most fun for me is watching C's face light up and watching her run ahead to snap photos.

Hensmum---big hugs. You will get through this. What you see might not be pretty--but you have the clarity to fix it. You do.

Whine--Sleepy sick baby. Won't sleep laying down. Can't get much done during "nap time"

Whine - I've given DW an ultimatum of sorts regarding a long-standing issue. I don't think she's taking it seriously.

Wine - So lucky to not be impacted by the storm. Finally closed our damn refi!

Whine: We have crazy hellish 1800 rock slab front steps so i have to rope them off every halloween so no one will come up them but our driveway is fairly inaccessible which means no trick or treaters. ever

Wine- N looks positively scrumptious in his cow costume. We are going inlaw house hopping, as a surprise. I cant wait!! And we ordered 10 new windows for our house yesterday. I am bizarrely excited.

Whine: Got the weekly homework e-mail (today was their first day of school this week because of the storm) and the kids have math homework tonight. Really? On Halloween? Granted it isn't much, but it seems like this week is more a less a bust and we could have had Halloween off from homework. Grumble. Just one more thing to fit in tonight.

I was totally PMSing last night... to the point of telling S she was being like nails on a chalkboard to me (talking about my exes when I'm already grumpy is a recipe for annoyance).

Wine: I made up for my comment to S later that night.

Whine: I'm having a really tough time anxiety-wise, to the point I'm questioning our TTC plans yet again.

Wine: I had an assessment at a new therapy practice today, and they seemed really good. They assign patients to therapists based on who they think would be the best fit, so I'll hear from them tomorrow.
