Well I lost .2 pounds, and I'm pretty sure I gained .2 last week IIRC so I'm even. That's a victory for me. I thought for sure I would gain this week since I have been slacking off with working out AND eating
I really need to get back into my regular routine.

I worked out again last night- 20 minutes on the elliptical and then weights. And today I walked to Starbucks to get my latte!
We're going out of town tomorrow for a wedding, so I won't be able to work out until Tuesday. Just when I feel like I got into the routine of working out, too.
Went running yesterday. Will run today. Now if I could just keep out of the treat basket full of home baked muffins and cakes that the PTA ladies just gave me (it's faculty appreciation day!)...
I've always been great at exercise (running addict!), but bad at food.
Major nausea this morning so I skipped the workout. I finally managed to choke down a sandwich for lunch, but otherwise haven't felt like eating much. Haven't weighed in a few days...pretty sure I'm about the same.
