**Weekly State of the Ute**

2) I'm going to try to wait until Tuesday to test (14 dpo, when AF should come). I've had a habit of testing the day before AF arrives, which just bums me out a day early.

3) That question is hard for me! Maybe I'd spend it on some new makeup. It's been a really long time since I've put some fresh things in my makeup bag. That answer is really lame, I know.

1. Where are you in your cycle or TTC journey? DPO 13... took at test this morning..... looks faint but positive! I actually thought I was out this month as my boobs feel like pre-period boobs, but I took the test a day before AF was due because I have a dentist appointment and I didn't want to have an xray if I *thought* I was PG!

2. Any news/AWs/vents to share? I turned 30 on Monday... so this is a great b-day present!

3. If someone handed you $50 you HAD to spend on yourself, what would you buy (bonus for PIPs)? I got some birthday money stashed away... now I need to find the perfect pair of brown or cognac riding boots... problem is, I wear a size 5, so most stores size me out! I looked all weeked

2) Happy that AF showed up just to put an end to a long, confusing cycle. Still feeling unnaturally bummed though since the next few months aren't going to be good BD time (lots of travel and distance).

3) A nice new sweater or dress. I'm trying to update my wardrobe lately.

1. Cycle 3, CD 23 -- either abt 8DPO orrr no O at all. lol. Planning to test on Sunday or Monday.

2. Vent/bitch: Every year on Halloween, I wear these silly little pumpkin antennae to work. Today this new girl (who, in fairness, I don't care for so I'm not exactly impartial), walks by me and then says to another coworker -- "What, is today some special day or something?" ...... .... ....

2) Seems that my cycles are starting to regulate after going off BCP, but I am suspecting I have a dud thermometer, and that throws off all 3 of my past charts of fertility friend. I keep getting wacko temps that don't make any sort of pattern, so I will be buying a new one today.

3) I am in total need of a hair cut. New style, or at least just a trim. It's bee too long.

Today is the day AF should show up. However, I think I had IB a few days ago. Been unusually tired and low energy. For example, I took a nap yesterday at 7Pm after sleeping in and doing nothing all day due to Sandy. And my normal 7 mile run exhausted me when it's usually my "short run" and my boobs are on FIRE! All of these are abnormal for me. I'm waiting to test until later tonight when my husband is home. Incidentally, we started dating 4 years ago this week and we got engaged 3 years ago this week and if we get a BFP today, then it will be the perfect trifecta!

Probably some new Toms that are fallish. Or a new scarf, earrings, and a book.

Hi all - This is my first post on GP, although I post elsewhere on GBCN.

1. Where are you in your cycle or TTC journey?

Just started - last month was my first month off the pill. I signed up for FF but haven't been temping or anything yet. We said that we're just going to see what happens for a little bit. AF showed up this morning so no luck out of the gate.

2. Any news/AWs/vents to share?

DH's birthday is next week and he won't give me any indication of what he wants to do.

I would put it towards a sweater, although all the ones I like right now are more than $50. I :heart: fall clothes.

Congrats everyone that it a BFP this week!

1. I'm still put of town right now but I go home on Sunday and if my predictions are correct I should O on Nov 10th. So my 2 weeks home work perfectly with our plan. Not temping or anything yet. I stop traveling for work in march so until then we are just seeing what happens.

2. I get to go home on Sunday! That will be 3 weeks since I have seen DH an our 2 fur babies. I'm so excited.

3. This is hard, I never spend money on me.

Maybe buy a new sweater for Christmas parties or something like that.

no news, just happy to be onto cycle 2 finally! I'm also pleased that my temps all make sense so far since I started temping mid-last month. It's satisfying to see my body doing its thing, I guess

shoes! I need to buy some black shoes to wear with a dress to a fancypants thing this weekend (dress is black, the two pairs of heels that I own are brown..that's not okay, right?). I'm a bit of a tomboy, so this will be challenging!

2. Any news/AWs/vents to share? Not much - we had great timing this cycle, with plenty of extra sex, so I'm really hoping it works. This is getting to be a very tiring process.

Books. I love books. Or I'd put it towards a pair of boots that I want that are way more then $50.

-I was bummed to get AF this weekend; especially since my sister just announced her very surprise BFP
-I have a girls' weekend planned with my BFFs this weekend; definitely needed; I never thought I'd be bummed to get to drink with my besties though

2. My H had his SA last week. He said they offered 1 magazine and a 4 minute loop of porn. Three guys, one girl. He couldn't stop laughing at that. Neither can I.

This was our 2nd cycle...however due to Hurricane Sandy, we didn't even try during FW. It has been a rough, stressful week here in NJ and for my family in NY. (That's why I haven't posted in a week or so)

I am bummed that we missed a whole FW. Oh well...my next FW should be around Nov 29.
