The carousel actually revolved.....for a while. The marine layer moved in and it was really damp last night, causing the belts to stretch out and slip gear.
It was a big success anyway. The pups were good, the trick or treaters were sweet and people were very complimentary and kind of sad to find out that this was our last year here (we are relocating for work, probably out of state and definitely oot). One woman told me that whenever they bring out the Halloween pictures to look at, her kids only want to see pictures of the pups through the years.
There are more pics in the post on home & garden board
TBM also so full of WIN! This is the one thing I look forward to every day after Halloween. All the anticipation and you never disappoint. (My all time favorite will always be the Whack-A-Mole game.)
The carousel took a lot of time, (no free weekends for DH) and we are in the middle of a big sewing job, along with trying to purge and finish house projects, so I thought a retrospective of old costumes on the carousel would be a nice way to end our stay in this neighborhood. We couldn't find the venus flytrap so we scrapped that idea and made the armour costumes at the 11th hour. We had to just set it aside our real work and play with little pony costumes for a couple of days....way more fun. ;p

I love this one! And they look so comfortable just hanging out. I don't know if this is my favorite one (I think I like the fishtank best) but I do love this one. I'm so glad you're still sharing these!
