Unexpected Wedding Guests

Apparently a Kansas couple had tornadoes on their wedding day, but more importantly, their photographer managed to get pictures with them AND two tornadoes in the background.

Maybe it's the Midwest in me, but I'm jealous.

I'm kind of jealous, too... Only because they're on the back side of the storm and didn't have to stop everything and run for cover, though.

Well, we know it turned out okay...and with unbeatable wedding photos.

Apparently FIL and MIL had tornado sirens going off at the beginning of their ceremony, but (alas!) no wedding pictures with two dancing funnels in the background.

That's a cool pic. I think they are going to have a stormy marriage based on the wedding.

Me too! Tornadoes scare the dickens out of me.
The sirens the fishing boats use here to announce their arrival in port is the very same one as a tornado siren back home. The first time I heard it I was teaching a class of 9th graders. They saw the look of panic on my face and explained what was going on. They had a good laugh at me!

I'd be terrified to be near those. I grew up in st.louis, tornadoes occur pretty often but I still hide in the basement.

Really great photo and I love their attitude. That would not be how I would react at all.
