Sorry I missed the picking of the book and the date / time but is 6:00 EST late enough? That's only 3:00 in CA? Aren't most people still working then or are we not really drinking and discussing. Seems like 8:00 EST would be better?

But if I just missed all that please ignore me and I'll just catch up when I get home!

We have at least one poster in Europe to include as well. Plus, we'll probably go through the evening. I didn't think this would be an everyone present at one time discussion because it would be difficult.
