Entitlement at it's best

H's command is doing ship-wide UA today. I still don't think anyone has left the ship (going on 7:30EST). This is after them being duty section only all week from the storm, so every sailor had at least one free day off this week, if not more. Personally, this is H's only day working this week.

Wives are posting all on the ships page about the ship ruining their Friday night plans and anniversary. Also they are making statuses about how ridiculous it is, and who they can call to make a complaint that will actually care or matter. And more wives need to not be afraid and complain so that the Navy will apologize and it won't happen again in the future.

So, ummm.... anyone have a number to give them? Cause the only one I can think of is 1-800-Shutthefuckup

Entire bases/squadrons/ships don't usually do UA sweeps like that unless there's a rampant drug problem, so nobody should be blaming leadership. Blame the druggies for ruining it for everyone.

Exactly. Stop getting DWIs and busted with drugs or whatever else and this won't happen. I hate what a young and immature command it is.

That just makes it even funnier imho. Although maybe it's just easy for me to say since nothing like that has ever happened at DH's current command. If they're locked up on the sub for a day, it's for a damn good reason.

DH was supposed to be on leave in September when they did a UA sweep at the hospital. We stopped by so he could pee in a cup on our way to the airport...no joke.

ETA: I'm not complaining. I found it kind of comical.
