PCOS Ultrasound

Longtime Nestie but don't want this out there. Finally got a new doc who really seems to want to pin point my issues TTC. I'm going for an ultrasound tomorrow can anyone let me know it'll be ok? I've never had one and really don't know if it'll be internal or external or both. Just a pelvic ultrasound is all she said on the slip. She also drew about 10 tubes of blood checking everything under the sun I assume.

Mine was quick. The worst part is having to pee when she was pushing on my belly.

It's probably going to be internal and it will be no big deal. It's a bit uncomfortable but certainly not painful and pretty quick. Just try to relax.

did they tell you to have a full bladder when you show up? An external ultrasound requires a full bladder, but, at least in my case, they let me pee before the internal. The full bladder/pressing on it like PP mentioned was the most uncomfortable part. Otherwise, it wasn't bad at all! I've had a couple and I'd much rather do that than go to the dentist.

Thank you all. It was an internal only and wasn't that bad I was prepared for a lot worse. Now I wait to hear the results I guess.
