I have been doing ww for a lit bit now. I have lost about 25 pounds. I have increased my exercise to about 5x/week. I either run or walk my bike. I average about 25-30 activity points a week, although I never dip into them. On the weeks when I have high activity points, I don't lose anything. My thought is that I am not eating enough. When I mentioned this to my leader, she said that there is a new ww policy that leaders are not allowed to suggest or tell a member that they are not eating enough to lose. Why would this be? It seems as if I exercise less, I actually lose. Any thoughts to set me straight?

That's weird that they can't say you're not eating enough. I know that when I increased my exercise, but wasn't using my activity points, my weight loss slowed. I usually try to eat most of my activity points (sometimes a little more b/c I feel like their formula is not very generous compared to the calories I'm burning)
I am less in the camp of "eat all your points" and more in the camp of your points are there for a reason and sometimes you need more of them. Make sure that 1) you are eating all of your daily points and 2) when/ if you increase your points, do it with healthy but higher points foods- nuts, avocado (or guacamole), dairy, not junk just because you have the points to do so. Of course you can eat treats, but that shouldn't be the bulk of your extra points, imo. As my activity really increased a lot, I did need to eat a little more points to lose, especially to lose those last 5 lbs.
I don't think it's interesting that they can't tell you to eat more. I did talk with my leader and went over my foods and she gave me ideas to consume a few more points daily.
I also found that when I only ate my regular points and I worked out - I didn't lose as much. The trick for me was to eat either the extra 35 (I think it's more now) or to eat all my activity points. That helped.

I am a fan of eating either my activity points or all my weekly points. I do occasionally eat every single point I am given or earn, but that is not the norm, and that is not the weeks I do the best.
My BF had a lot of success with WW. He would never eat back his activity points, and wouldn't eat all his daily points if he wasn't hungry. Don't eat them just to eat them… he would routinely lose 2-4 pounds a week.
