Yup; heard of them. So pointless. A human man wanting to maintain a normal appearance after having a ball (or both) removed? Totally makes sense. A dog needing to maintain an intact appearance? I really don't think he cares!!

Yes, it's been discussed a long time ago. I remember a certain nestie saying that she could see herself getting them for her dog. I'll let her remain nameless unless she pipes up again. )

I do think they are silly! Dog balls are yucky! Who needs to see that!? :-P

I feel like people get these when someone in the household is projecting their feelings onto the dog. I know DH has remarked more than once how sad it is that Pel doesn't have his balls.

Honestly, I wouldn't want people assuming my dog was intact if he had these. So... it's kind of the opposite of what I would want to do.
