raw food = soft poop

I don't know what's causing this, so I'm hoping someone here has an answer.

My dog is on a raw venison diet. If I add a little brown rice and pumpkin then she has firm poops, but if I take her off the rice and pumpkin its soft. I was under the impression that dogs did great on raw, but the soft poops concern me. Its fine if she needs to continue on the rice and pumpkin, but I just wanted to make sure that I'm not missing something else that might be causing the soft poop.

She's house trained, but has had a few soft poop accidents in the house.

She's been tested for guardia and other things, but got a clean bill of help.
Is she destined for a life of venison, pumpkin and rice?

95% meat, organ and bones
5% fruits and vegetables

Feed more bone. Sometimes it takes time for a dogs system to get used to raw, some dogs need more or less bone than others.

I don't actually make her raw food myself. I don't really have access to organic, raw, ground venison bone.

Is this the only other option?
