I started my period today, so I'm starting clomid later this week! We decided to try clomid one cycle naturally (no IUI) just for funsies. Lol.. fertility baby steps!

I just watched Up for the first time the other night, and bawled my eyes out! How did I not know it was the saddest movie EVER?
I almost just ended a work email with "See you next Tuesday!" but thought better of it.
A vendor just stopped by our office with fall treats! Last year we each got an individual apple pie...today? A jar of pickled vegetables. :/ I feel like a jerk, but damn it that pie was good!

I got home last night after being away for 3 weeks. I'm so happy to be home.

The estimated O date is next wed. So I'm happy my 2 weeks home work for TTC this month.

glauren, I agree that Up is SO SAD!! It's so sad I can't even like the rest of it.

I think I'm 2DPO and my body is behaving weirdly (spotting and cramping).

I should really be studying for finals, but instead I'm at home chilling on the couch watching lame daytime tv. It feels so good to do this, though! No one else gets to do this at 30! So I'll enjoy one more day of laziness and get to work tomorrow.

I am in my 2ww and even though we didnt have fantastic timing this month I am still planning what will be going in July (what would be the EDD) and when the 1st tri will end so I can plan on how I will tell friends and family... This is bad

In other news I have spend my afternoon at work putting together my Christmas list for DH. We are already planning on getting each other IPhone 5's but we have decided to also do about $50 in stocking stuffers and this year I am not going to be stuck with socks!

I'm trying to see the silver lining in not being successful this last cycle. A few wins - we have a major drinking event this weekend, and I can now drink with abandon. If I'd gotten pregnant last cycle, I still wouldn't have been eligible for FMLA at work as of EDD. This cycle and on? Bring on the unpaid but protected time off, baby! Finally, we are still paying for two houses while we try to either sell or rent out our old house. I guess I'll feel better about paying for prenatal care when we get that taken care of. Maybe by December 1? Fx.

Please tell me you are at least being monitored. It's not like you are taking some tylenol...clomid is a powerful drug not to be taken lightly.

Lol, yes I will be monitored! I'm aware its not tylenol I've been going to Drs and Re's for a while now
