B: Greek yogurt, multigrain english muffin with flaxseed almond butter and a banana S: strawberries L: flatbread wrap with avocado, spinach, sprouts, and swiss S: a handful of almonds D: not sure yet E: P90X Kenpo
B - english muffin w/pb & jelly + sliced fruit+ coffee w/milk S - handful of pretzels + almonds L - leftover chicken fajita filling + hummus/veggies S - fruit D - out with a friend. Likely a salad + protein. Maybe a glass of wine E - 3-5 mile run, depending on how I feel E2 - yoga or pilates this evening
b1: Banana E: 5 mile run b2: Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Cereal. And a can of Pepsi Max. What? s1: more cereal. And maybe some string cheese and fruit leather if I can work up the motivation to get it out of the fridge in the break room. l: sandwich with turkey, mustard, and pickles on some sort of whole wheat bun; kashi crackers, string cheese, and more fruit leather. s2: what else do I have in the fridge? Apple slices...and string cheese if I don't eat it now. D: either burgers or chicken kebabs, depends on what J feels like making since he's off today and I'm not.

B: strawberries, small piece of toast and nut butter, decaf tea with almond milk L: 1/2 sandwich (sourdough, pickle, spinach, avocado), apple, a few bites of vegan potato salad S1: cinnamon graham cracker, digestive biscuit S2: banana with 1 tbs peanut butter, ground flaxseed S3: a few dried berries and coconut water before workout E: spin class D: tomato-pepper soup with corn and spinach and a few tortilla chips
B: oatmeal w/ nuts, dried cranberries, a banana and black coffee L: salad w/ romaine, walnuts, crumbled goat cheese, champagne pear vinaigrette, and a gala apple S: kashi bar D: going out to Zaytinya for a friend's birthday; the table is ordering lamb and we'll each order a small plate so hopefully I can get some veggies! E: rest day
B: Larabar, coffee with almond milk L: Leftover adzuki bean salad, raspberries, muddy buddies mix S: Coke Zero - I need the caffeine. D: Probably just going to be cereal, I am exhausted. E: Rest, kids had me up 5 times last night. Can't keep my eyes open.
