help me pick an eye palette please

I need a natural eye color palette (no naked please) more matte than sparkles. I think you've all seen a pic, but I'm blonde w/ greenish eyes and fair (pink tones) skin.
I don't even know which brands are okay. thoughts?

I have Too Faced Naked (have you looked into that one?) and really like it. It is lighter than the Natural.

I'll check out the other too faced one as well. The anastasia palette is also gorgeous.
I don't mind a little extra color, but will mostly wear the neutrals.

I recently bought a Tarte palette and a Too Faced palette and am really disappointed in the vibrancy of the color.

I've had much better luck with Smashbox, UD or MAC (though I'm not sure they really do palettes?)
