AT&T cell service

Both H and I have AT&T with an iPhone. H has had his phone for a few years and I've had mine a year or so. I'm not sure what models, but H's is the older body type with more rounded corners and back.

Anyways, since we've moved, my cell service in the house sucks. So much so I can't really hold phone convos. H doesn't have the problem. His reception is fine.

I stopped by AT&T today and they said to go to apple that it must be my phone.

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

H's father has a problem getting reception in his house outside Orlando. He has a Sprint Blackberry. I think it is his house though. He purchased some sort of tower thing for his house and that helped. But since your H doesn't have a problem maybe it is your phone? Worth a shot.

I'm not exactly sure what area you live in, but am guessing you are now living near the Westchase/TNC area based on some of the postings on here. If that's the case, then I do think it's possible it's the actual service. When we moved into our house out here, I basically had no reception with AT&T and couldn't use my cell phone at home. Eventually I changed to Verizon (not just because of that, but it was certainly a factor) and have no problems with service. Just wanted to chime in because I do think that unless things have changed in the past few years, that the AT&T service in NW Tampa stinks.

Yes, I live near Westchase off of Racetrack Road. Near Courtside Grille if you are familiar with the area. I would love to meet up with others of you in this area. I can't make it Friday to meet all of you as I have another commitment, but would love to have others with little ones since I am going to be a SAHM for at least a year.

Yes. I'm in Westchase now. I'll see what Apple says, but H and I might need to change service providers. Maybe even get a better deal.

We are with Verizon but H has been complaining about the service at work ever since he switched to the iPhone last year. I'm interested to know what they say
