Living room lighting, which is better?

I am adding two solatubes to the room. Which do you like better? The quadra frost square or just frost flush? www.solatube.com/commercial/product-catalog/glass-distractions/index.php


I like the square a lot better but since it's a flush look in a huge livingroom, I fear it would not look right. I feel the frost flush would be less noticeable but less attractive. Thoughts?

I think the frost flush would be the most unobtrusive, which is a good thing in a room like a living room. In a room that already has recessed lighting, something that blends with it makes the most sense to me.


I do like the more decorative solatubes, but maybe more for spaces like halls, bathrooms or bedrooms where the overhead lighting seems to be decorative but still a somewhat lower profile.

In my room with recessed lighting, the JustFrost looks like it would blend perfectly with the fixtures already there. I like their options though.
