When I got pregnant with my son I was convinced I was getting my period. I even had cramps that felt exactly the same. I remember cuz I had to leave Harry Potter in the middle and take some Advil lol you never know til either your period shows up or you get a BFP.
Not saying this to be rude, just trying to be helpful, but maybe ask on the Got Pregnant board since they are all pregnant! A lot of us never have been so were prob not as knowledgeable about symptoms.
I HAD the worse boob pain the cycle before my BFP. I thought for sure it I was pregnant. Started around 7DPO. But when I got my real BFP my boobs didn't start hurting (in a totally different way) until I missed my period. It was strange.

My symptoms the cycle I got pg were very similar to my PMS symptoms and there were other months where I definitely thought I had pg-specific symptoms. So who knows. FX!!

Or there are all kinds of folks on here who (1) are trying for a second or third kid or (2) may have been pregnant but had a loss. I think it's a totally valid place to ask this question. Lots of experience.
I don't know swizzle...I seem to hear most people say that their bfp symptoms were the same as all their bfn ones :/ I had extreme fatigue this last round, and was highly emotional which were new pre-AF symptoms for me You never know til you KNOW. I hope you get lucky! Keep us posted!

Ok I get it, I said I stood corrected already. I was just thinking she'd get a higher volume of answers over there. Just trying to help!
I was CERTAIN I was out the month I got my BFP. I had cramps for a few days leading up to it and really just thought my period was about to come any minute. So it ain't over till it's over!

Prior to #1 I never had PMS symptoms - maybe a little crampiness (twinges - nothing bad). The cycle I got PG with DD I noticed my breasts were SUPER sore around 8-10 dpo. I tested on day 12 and got a +.
Since getting my period back after having DD, I have had LOTS of PMS symptoms. I notice I get pissed off w/ DH over stupid things easier, my breasts hurt 7 out of the last 10 cycles. Right now I'm pretty sure I'm 3 DPO and my breasts are starting to hurt - but we'll see if that means BFP or not...
Yeah, mine have been KILLING from 8-12DPO since going off BCPs. I never remember that from before. Then again, I have very few cramps usually so maybe it's a good trade?
Yes! There were 2 cycles where my cramps were so bad they woke me up in the middle of the night. Thankfully most aren't that bad. Coincidentally, those were also my HEAVY cycles (as in, soaked up a tampon in 2 hrs- YIKES).

I was totally expecting my period because I got a headache and minor cramps (my typical PMS symptoms). I was also really hungry, but I thought it was because I had been working out. Fingers crossed for you!
My symptoms right before getting a bfp were somewhat similar to pms. The biggest difference was that my boobs felt huge and were incredibly tender. I was also really sensitive to odors and could smell things from far away (like DH making a roast beef sandwich).
